Hi, I’m Donna, I have over 28 years of experience working within the childcare sector. I initially started my career as a parent volunteer when my son went to nursery. Being a volunteer started my journey enabling me to become a qualified Level 3 Early Years practitioner. Since that time, I have gained a Foundation Degree in Early Years, BA Hons in Education, Master’s Degree in Education and a Cert Ed. My experience to date has enabled me to work within a variety of early years settings such as nurseries, schools and within the community. I have also enjoyed teaching Early Years Childcare and Education to degree level and teaching young people with SEND.

In my spare time I love all things creative and always have either a sewing or craft project on the go. I also love spending time with my family especially since becoming a nanna in Jan 2025.
